Airconditioning technician

Job Description

Install, inspect, and test air conditioning systems and components.

Perform regular preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.

Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.

Repair and replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.

Monitor system operations, ensure efficiency and report any issues.

Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.

Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and government regulations.

Provide timely service to clients and respond to emergency calls as needed.

Coordinate with supervisors and other team members on job sites.

Educate clients on proper system usage and energy-saving practices.

Qualifications/Requirements

Vocational diploma or TESDA NC II/NC III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent.

At least 1–2 years of experience as an aircon technician.

Solid understanding of HVAC systems and electrical controls.

Ability to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

Physically fit and able to work in confined or high spaces.

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Willing to work flexible hours or weekends when necessary.

Driver’s license (optional but preferred).
