About the role
PCOME Industrial Sales Inc. is seeking a full-time Accounting Clerk to join our team in San Juan City, Metro Manila. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our accounting department with a variety of administrative tasks.
What you'll be doing- Perform data entry for daily sales transactions
- Perform data entry to record financial transactions, such as accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile customer payments against purchases
- Encode data entry for payroll transactions
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar financial role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
