Financial Planning & Analysis Associate

Job Description:

• Assist in preparing financial reports and updates for management by collecting and analyzing data.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by helping to compile and organize financial information.
• Help track financial performance by comparing actual results with forecasts and identifying key insights.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and aligned with business needs.
• Participate in projects related to financial planning, such as cost analysis and feasibility studies.
• Assist in researching industry trends and benchmarking to support financial planning.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying ways to streamline financial reporting and analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company plans.
• Take on other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge in financial models is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of financial principles; prior internship or project experience is a plus but not required.
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing a career in finance, economics, and statistics
