Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Specialist
Overall Objectives:
The Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Specialist – Marketing provides financial leadership and decision support to the Marketing team, ensuring effective budget management, ROI analysis, and strategic insights
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Finance Business Partner to Marketing leadership – Trade, Brand and Retail Operations
- Lead marketing budget planning, forecasting, and tracking including monthly accruals required and analysis of all Marketing Costs
- Analyze marketing spend effectiveness (including PD and APAC support across organization), ROI, and campaign performance
- Prepare financial evaluations for promotions, launches, and campaigns
- Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Challenge assumptions and provide data-driven recommendations
- Improve visibility and governance over marketing investments
- Strong business partnering and presentation skills
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
- Experience supporting Marketing or Commercial teams preferred
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics
Experience:
- 4–6 years FP&A or Commercial Finance experience
