  1. Reservation Support:
  • Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and organize documentation for bookings, client information, and vendor details.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed by the Team Leader.
  • Manage digital files and ensure all documentation is current and properly stored.
  1. Operational Support:
  • Assist in processing bookings, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor booking systems for discrepancies and escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators) to confirm bookings and resolve issues.
  1. Customer Support:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and professional assistance.
  • Address basic customer issues and escalate complex problems to the Team Leader.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm booking details and ensure a smooth travel experience.
  1. Cross-Departmental Support:
  • Be prepared to relocate or assist in other departments based on operational needs and workload fluctuations.
  • Adapt to different team environments, processes, and responsibilities as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve overall business objectives.
  1. Shift Work and Flexibility:
  • Work within a rotating shift schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure 24/7 operational support.
  • Be flexible to cover different shifts or take on additional tasks during peak seasons or high-demand periods.
  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Verify booking details and ensure accuracy before finalizing transactions.
  • Assist in monitoring customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably IT Graduates
  • Prior experience in customer service, administration, is an advantage, but not required
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
