Audit Sr./Manager
Role Overview:We’re looking for an experienced Audit Sr./Manager to lead global audit teams, drive operational efficiency, and implement process improvements. This role focuses on performance management, data analysis, and enhancing audit operations across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Audit Supervisors/Managers handling global client accounts
- Monitor team performance and ensure KPI and SLA targets are met
- Analyze operational data and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify process gaps and implement automation/optimization solutions
- Act as escalation point for clients and carriers
- Mentor teams and support training and development
- Oversee documentation, SOPs, and CAPA processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in a managerial role (BPO, logistics, or tech)
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in process improvement (Lean Six Sigma preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
