The Integrated Digital Marketing Lead is the digital expert responsible for integrating brand storytelling, performance marketing, and community engagement across all digital touchpoints. This role ensures brand visibility, engagement, and measurable growth across social media, search, content, paid media, and e-commerce platforms.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy supporting Brand Management Group objectives
  • Ensure brand visibility, engagement, and measurable growth across social, search, content, paid media, and e-commerce touchpoints
  • Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Create and manage content calendars across all platforms, ensuring a consistent brand narrative
  • Track, analyze, and report on digital KPIs (reac, engagement, CTR, conversion, ROAS)
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with influencers and KOLs aligned with brand values
  • Develop influencer marketing strategies as part of integrated digital campaigns, not isolated tactics
  • Build and manage online communities through authentic engagement
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns with the Media Agency across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Management, or related field
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot is highly advantageous
  • Minimum of 3-5 years progressive digital marketing experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods
  • Proven track record in integrated digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Strong background in content development and influencer/KOL relationship management
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools and performance reporting
  • Hands-on paid media buying and optimization with demonstrated ROI achievement
  • Experience in e-commerce platform management (Shoppee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is an advantage
