Admin Assistant Scanner (Project-Based)
Salary: ₱700.00 per dayEmployment Type: 3-Month Project-Based (under Sourcetech Solutions Inc.)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Qualifications- Education: At least College Level.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an administrative or clerical role.
- Technical Skills: * Proven experience in document scanning and high-volume data handling.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with document management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Google Drive, or similar databases).
- Physical Capability: Able to handle physical tasks such as sorting, unbinding, and organizing large batches of documents.
- Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in scanning and categorizing documents.
- Organizational Mastery: Ability to maintain complex filing systems and meet strict deadlines.
- Reliability: Capable of managing multiple tasks while ensuring efficient document flow.
- Document Preparation & Scanning
- Receive and organize batches of medical claims and administrative documents.
- Perform physical preparation (removing staples, straightening pages, sorting) to ensure smooth scanning.
- Operate high-speed scanners to convert physical files into digital formats with 100% accuracy.
- Digital File Management
- Name and categorize scanned files according to prescribed protocols.
- Upload and manage digital files within company systems (SharePoint/Google Drive).
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all scanned images are clear and complete.
- Archiving & Confidentiality
- Safely handle sensitive medical and personal data, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
- Archive or return physical documents to their original files after the scanning process is complete.
- Reporting
- Immediately report any damaged documents, scanning errors, or system issues to the supervisor.
