HR Manager

Job Summary:

The HR Manager oversees all human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, implementing HR policies, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
2. Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
3. Manage employee relations, including performance management, compensation, and benefits.
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
5. Develop and oversee training and development programs.
6. Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
7. Collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational growth.
8. Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

Requirements:

• Education: BS/AB Psychology, BSBA in Human Resources, MA in Psychology, MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in human resources management.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.

Ability to handle conflict resolution and employee relations effectively.
