Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a RevOps-focused HubSpot Consultant to audit, optimize, and improve our current Sales Hub setup. The goal is to strengthen our demo-to-paid conversion tracking, reporting, and overall sales process efficiency.

• Audit and clean up the current HubSpot Sales Hub setup, including workflows, sequences, lifecycle stages, lead statuses, and pipelines
• Review and optimize 41 active workflows and thousands of contacts currently enrolled in sequences
• Improve demo-to-paid attribution and conversion tracking to clearly measure results by source, sales rep, and time period
• Build dashboards and reports for the Customer Success (CS) team, including:
• Demos booked
• Demo outcomes
• Contribution to closed deals
• Conversion performance per rep
• Review existing lifecycle stages and either properly implement or remove unused custom stages
• Maximize the use of HubSpot Breeze / AI tools, including workflows for analyzing call recordings and transcripts
• Provide ongoing knowledge transfer and training so the internal team can manage and improve the system independently after the engagement

Qualifications

• Strong RevOps mindset with the ability to align HubSpot solutions with business goals
• Strong expertise in HubSpot Sales Hub; Marketing Hub experience is a plus
• Experience supporting SaaS companies with trial-to-demo-to-paid customer funnels
• Healthcare or allied health industry experience is preferred but not required
• Independent consultant or part of a very small team (no agencies preferred)
• Comfortable training and guiding teams, not just implementing solutions
