Events Services Coordinator

The Events Services Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events. The role involves managing timelines, handling on-site event support, and resolving any issues that arise, all while delivering a high quality experience that meets expectations and organizational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Submission of accurate, complete, and timely records and reports
• Prepare the proper documentation to all related Sales Convention and other Sales Projects
• Deals with other KAMs and ADMs for related channel, events planning
• Deals with plan logistics to ensure availability of products for sampling at scheduled time
• Deals with Third Party Agencies (TPAs) to ensure the proper deployment of the manpower to specific events and or projects initiated by the Sales
• Receives direct supervision from the Marketing Services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related field
• Program management, planning, coordination, monitoring, execution
• Knowledgeable in Third Party Operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to do problem solving, priority setting. alignment and deployment
