A Sales Coordinator is expected to: Supporting our key relationship managers to establish & cultivate
relationships with potential investors or partnersManaging the sales pipeline for the fund, ensuring leads progress efficiently through all of Investible's sales stages.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings with prospective investors.
Proactively following up with leads and maintaining clear communication with potential investors throughout the fundraising process.
Utilising and maintain our in-house developed CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
Developing pipeline and sales activity reports, monitoring those and analysing data to hold team members accountableAssisting with administrative tasks related to the fundraising process.
Assisting with presentations and other investor materials, in collaboration with the team.
Conducting thorough research and qualification of potential investors.
Qualifications/Requirements- 3 years of experience in sales, sales operations, business development, or a similar role, ideally in venture capital/private equity or financial services
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is highly regarded.
