Inventory Control Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily inventory levels across warehouses, retail stores, and e-commerce platforms
- Ensure accurate recording of stock movements (receiving, transfers, returns, and adjustments)
- Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation of variances
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Retail Operations, and E-commerce teams on stock requirements and replenishment
- Prepare inventory reports (aging, slow-moving, fast-moving, and out-of-stock items)
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of products, following company and safety standards
- Ensure timely and accurate encoding of inventory transactions.
- Implement and follow FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices.
- Support internal and external audits and provide required documents.
- Support product launches by ensuring sufficient stock allocation and timely distribution.
- Assist in improving inventory processes and controls to reduce shrinkage and overstocking
- Coordinate with Finance and Audit for inventory valuation and audit requirements
- Accountable for assigned inventory and related records.
- Must not adjust inventory records without proper authorization.
- Required to report discrepancies immediately and accurately.
- Maintain confidentiality of inventory and company information.
- Bachelor’s degree of any course
- At least 1–3 years' experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or retail inventory management
- Experience in retail, beauty, FMCG, or e-commerce is an advantage
- Proficient in Excel and inventory management systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory practices
- Strong coordination and communication skills
