Responsible for assisting the head in providing administrative and logistical support to the entire organization. FPSD works across all the departments and with all kinds of administrative work. The main functions of the FPSD supervisor include (1) General Services (security, safety, messengerial, fleet management and

General Services
  1. Work on with the head to provide working areas for all staff as well as office equipment required by the employees. It also ensures that stationery and other office supplies are readily available.
  2. Ensures a clean and orderly office environment. Manage janitorial services.
  3. Manage the organization of the delivery of documents and items as requested by personnel/ office.
  4. Oversee management of vehicle use, prioritization, and deployment.
  5. Manages vehicle preventive maintenance such as, but not limited to regular oil changes, lubrication, tire pressure, tire & brake pad replacement and fluid checks determine to a large extent whether you will have a reliable, safe vehicle to drive and support work activities.
  6. Manages and reviews service contracts.
  7. Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Purchasing
  1. Accept and process purchase requisitions from different departments and conducts solicitations of bids and quotations from suppliers.
Asset Management
  1. Co-manage the acquisition, maintenance, upgrade, and disposal of assets in a cost-effective manner.
  2. Set up of assets management procedures in the office.
  3. Review and validate asset acquisitions.
Facility Management
  1. Manages physical capital assets of the company in terms of building installations, office space improvements/ refurbishments and office renovations.
  2. Ensures the safety of the workplace is observed so that working condition is suitable to personnel’s well-being and health. This includes procedures in place to protect employees from work-related hazards.
  3. Co-Create policies and preparedness to for the security of the workplace or prevent or handle situations such as unlawful entries and fire breakouts.

Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility management
