Territory Sales and Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic territory sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPI) through proactive prospecting and customer engagement.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with the customers/clients.
  • Optimize product placement, visibility, and stock levels across modern trade.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling products to existing and new customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales visits, customer feedback, and market intelligence

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of field sales experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Familiarity with retail operations, distribution networks, and merchandising practices.
  • Area of assignment: Cebu and Bohol
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Negotiation and closing abilities
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
