Position: Outbound Sales Specialist
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Location: Philippines (Remote, U.S. hours, CST)

Salary: $6.00-$7.50

Overview

Integrated Hire (formerly AdminEdge) is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Outbound Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to assist a Houston-based restaurant group with multiple locations and a fast-growing catering division. This role is focused primarily on outbound outreach: cold calling businesses, connecting with decision-makers, and generating qualified leads for our catering services.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in cold calling, particularly in B2B environments, who thrives in a high-activity, target-driven role. This is an active outreach role, ideal for someone confident making 50–100 calls a day, navigating gatekeepers, and setting up qualified opportunities for our local sales team to follow up and close.

  • Key Responsibilities
Outbound Cold Calling & Lead Generation
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to businesses within assigned areas around Houston.
  • Identify and reach office administrators, HR/facility coordinators, or decision-makers responsible for corporate food services.
  • Clearly communicate catering offerings and value proposition.
  • Set up introductory calls or meetings for the Houston-based sales team.
Lead Research & Prospecting
  • Build targeted prospect lists based on zip codes, industries, and company size.
  • Use online tools, directories, LinkedIn, and AI (e.g., ChatGPT) to source and validate contacts.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of fresh, qualified leads for outreach.
CRM & Reporting
  • Log all calls, contact information, and outcomes in TripleSeat or a designated CRM.
  • Track and report weekly performance metrics and outreach outcomes.
  • Provide regular feedback to improve call scripts and outreach strategies.
✅ Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in outbound B2B cold calling or sales development, preferably with U.S.-based companies.
  • Clear and professional spoken English with minimal accent.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote role during CST business hours.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, virtual phone systems (VoIP), and Microsoft Office/Teams.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with persistence, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.

  • Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or catering industry.
  • Knowledge of corporate landscape and previous experience targeting U.S. office-based companies.
  • Exposure to tools like ChatGPT for lead generation or outreach support.
