- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 1-3 years of general or corporate accounting experience
- Familiarity with GAAP accounting standards
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with property management accounting software is an advantage (Vantaca, Buildium, Caliber)
- CPA credential is an advantage
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality results
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across teams and stakeholders
- Own reconciliation processes for CAM buildings and assigned portfolios
- Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and financial reports
- Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and completeness
- Manage financial reporting for condo and homeowners' associations
- Coordinate with the Chicago-based accounting team on reconciliations and reporting
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Assist in onboarding new community associations
- Respond to accounting-related inquiries from internal teams and stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting and operational processes
