Schedule: Morning Shift
Job Description:
Filing, Email Management, Social Media Management, Minute Taking, Meeting facilitation & Other Executive Assistant Duties.Uploading properties to REA and Domain, ordering brochures, and working on updating spreadsheets.
Sales Administrative Tasks Including:Reports, Price Guides/Proposals/CMA, Drafting Advertisement Copies, Uploading/Portal Management, Campaign Management (boards, opens etc.) & Database management & prepping call lists
Qualification and requirements:
Systems Experience:
- RP Data
- Locked On – CRM
- Real Time Agent
- Inspect Real Estate
- Ignite – REA
- Dropbox
- DocUSign
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- Experienced in the Australian RE Market (VIC Preferred)
- Understanding of Projects & Developments (Would be advantageous)
- Presentable - will be in client-facing meetings note taking (Must)
- Excellent written & Verbal Communication, with less of an accent if possible (Must)
- CoreLogic/Pricefinder (must)
- M365/DropBox/Meeting Programs etc. (must)
- Inspect Real Estate (must)
