- Responsible for serving as primary interface between sales and other operational functions developing sales processes and procedures relating to online/offline job administration and communication.
- Evaluates and implements improvements to sales programs and processes including: anticipating demands, account management, leads, planning and prioritization, closing strategies, pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, tools and reporting programs.
- Serves as a technical authority within the organization and with customers.
- Develops innovative solutions, systems and products to support product objectives
- Manages key strategic initiatives and business sales operations improvement projects.
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
