Posted on 7 July 2026 Oversee daily metal fabrication shop operations.
Plan and implement production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
Coordinate with the Engineering Department to interpret fabrication drawings and specifications.
Supervise production personnel and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Manage materials, supplies, and fabrication resources efficiently.
Monitor equipment maintenance and ensure smooth shop operations.
Drive productivity, cost control, and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications/Requirements- Proven experience in metal fabrication and shop operations, with several years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of metalworking processes, CNC machines, welding systems, fabrication tools, and shop equipment.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
