ROLE SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Account will assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries such as benefits, coverage details, claims support, provider information, and account assistance. You will ensure every customer receives accurate information, professional support, and timely resolution of concerns.
This role is ideal for candidates searching for healthcare account jobs in Cebu City, call center jobs in the Philippines, and career opportunities for applicants with at least 6 months of BPO experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email related to healthcare services
- Assist with benefits, coverage, claims, and provider information
- Provide accurate healthcare plan details and support based on guidelines
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain high-quality customer service in every interaction
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Escalate complex healthcare concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
- Meet quality, productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets
- High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
- Must have at least 6 months of BPO or call center experience
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
- Onsite work setup
- Shifting schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Paid training provided from Day 1
