Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5–8 years of progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure, systems administration, or information security, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience in leading and managing an IT team.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services (e.g. AWS), cybersecurity, virtualization, and data backup/disaster recovery.
