Responsible for the progress and procurement risks and coordinate the resources needed for on-site support. Routinely communicate with the procurement team, project team, and suppliers to ensure project completion. Ensures the routine reporting with the upper-level-management.

Formulate supplier selection strategies, organize negotiations with suppliers, and handle matters related to contract signing. Establish, maintain, and improve the procurement business and cost baselines for the product categories to ensure a relative cost - competitive advantage in the categories.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Has at least 2 years relevant work experience for the position.
  • Must be a bachelor’s degree holder
  • Knowledgeable in procurement strategy
  • Familiar in using procurement system and software
  • Highly proficient in both Chinese and English language considering the clients include both local and Chinese clients.
