POSITION TITLE: MANDARIN PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, PO issuance, contract negotiation, and order tracking.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance to ensure quality and delivery standards are met.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, production, and quality control.
• Monitor market trends, supplier risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations

Qualifications/Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
