Department manager

Job Description

• Lead and manage all aspects of company operations to ensure efficiency and growth.
• Act as the primary liaison between management, stockholders, and clients.
• Oversee strategic planning, project implementation, and department coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws.
• Evaluate operational processes and implement improvements where necessary.
• Guide and mentor department heads and team leaders to achieve company goals.
• Prepare reports and present business updates to stakeholders and company executives.
• Represent the company in meetings, client presentations, and public engagements.
• Communicate regularly and effectively in English, Mandarin, & Hokkien w/ both internal and external

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Minimum of 5 yrs’ experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in operations or general mgt
• Proven track record of handling cross-functional teams and complex business operations.
• Must be fluent in English, Mandarin, and Hokkien.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and cultural awareness.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
