Warehouse Department Manager | 3PL

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management:
• Attain and exceed financial targets through business growth and cost-efficient operations.
• Collaborate with service partners to optimize service quality at minimal costs.
• Oversee billing and collections to ensure cash flow health.
• Account Management:
• Build strong client relationships through regular engagement and understanding of evolving needs.
• Ensure achievement of client service KPIs and promptly address gaps or concerns.
• Operations Management:
• Improve warehouse, domestic forwarding, and inland freight operations.
• Implement best practices in warehousing and distribution to drive efficiency and inventory management.
• Leadership and People Development:
• Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team aligned with service excellence.
• Implement customer service and warehouse operation training programs.
• Strategic Planning and Professional Development:
• Lead new project initiatives and supply chain strategies to adapt to market demands.
• Actively pursue continuous learning through relevant trainings and seminars.
• Reporting:
• Provide regular performance updates to top management (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and client management skills.
• Ability to drive operational improvements and manage large teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in third-party logistics
