Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Architect to oversee the planning, design, and execution of restaurant and commercial fit-out projects. The role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural design and project development from concept to completion
- Prepare and review plans, drawings, and technical specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for project execution
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and company requirements
- Assist in securing permits and necessary documentation
- Resolve design and construction issues efficiently
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect is preferred
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in retail, F&B, or fit-out projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and local building regulations
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
