Project Architect (Construction Management)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Architect to oversee and coordinate construction projects from planning to completion. The role ensures that all site works are implemented in accordance with approved architectural plans, specifications, construction standards, and safety regulations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Licensed Architect is an advantage
• Experience in construction and site supervision
• Proficient in MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) coordination and integration
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and project coordination
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and project management tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and multiple site activities simultaneously

• Monitor daily construction activities on-site
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients
• Review architectural, structural, and MEPFS drawings for proper site implementation and coordination
• Ensure all works are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
• Resolve on-site construction and technical issues, including MEPFS conflicts
• Assist in project scheduling, procurement, and material coordination
