Position Overview:
The Outbound Appointment Setter will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to potential investors and residents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining detailed follow-ups. The ideal candidate is energetic, highly motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential investors and schedule appointments.
- Engage with pre-qualified potential residents to coordinate meetings.
- Maintain and update records of all interactions in the system.
- Follow up on previous contacts to ensure continued engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve call scripts and outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Prior experience in high-volume outbound calling or telemarketing.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage follow-ups.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a professional tone.

- A proven track record of success in appointment setting.

- Experience in sales or real estate investment outreach.
