Supervise and coordinate installation and activities on-site, act as the on-site point of contact, for all installation and commissioning activities of Wind Turbines supplied by the company.
-Involve and support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities including loop checks, insulation resistance tests, functional testing, and support balance-of -plant with energization.
NC II/III Electrical Operation or higher is a must.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in electrical installation and commissioning, preferably in the wind turbine or renewable energy sector.
Solid understanding of wind turbine electrical systems (LV/MV/HV), protection systems, grid integration, and SCADA/control systems.
Proven ability to manage installation team and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
Competency with electrical or mechanical testing tools and documentation standards.
- Perform Strick control to Quality regarding installation, make sure all Work Instructions are performed by installation contractor, with proper photos, records are delivered right after each activity, and correct method are followed during installation.
- Supervise installation contractors and ensure proper installation of electrical components including power cables, switchgear, transformers, control panels, and grounding systems.
- Monitor and report on work progress to plan for proper resource.

- Identify and troubleshoot issues during installation and commissioning, proposing corrective actions where needed.
- Involve in final Walk Down and manage to clear Puch list.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, commissioning, quality, and HSE), EPC contractors, grid operators, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support handover of fully commissioned wind turbines to the client, including documentation and test reports.
- Learn and understand from all installation process and be able to guide Operation and Maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
