Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for talented individuals for our Customer Service Representative.

About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be performing the following tasks on a daily:

  • Responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • College graduates, undergraduates, SHS, and HS graduates with relevant work experience
  • With at least 6 months BPO experience
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City, Mandaluyong or Taguig sites
