Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role (3-5 years)
- Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Understanding of IT Staffing industry is good to have
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for improvement.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Job Description:
The primary objective of this job role is to develop long-term sustainable business relationships with client and employees. This position will be responsible for managing client engagements, business development, sales and consulting activities.Excellent communication skill is a must for this role. The Role focuses on the HR activities for the employees who are on Collabera's payroll. The core job would be attrition management, employee coverage, face to face meetings, welcome & Induction of the employees, terminations, counselling calls, FNF of the employees, referral generation, redeployment, system updating, Co-ordination to be done with the internal stakeholders ( payroll, TS, billing, AP, AR, operations), also to be the single point of contact for the employee for all the issue resolution as all the employee would be reaching out to the ER.
The employee satisfaction is going to be the key.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationship with existing employees.
- Lead efforts to increase retention and employee engagement.
- Resolve and address questions and concerns from employees.
- Generate business leads and business opportunities by networking with the employees.
- Work with the service delivery managers to leverage on the received leads.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent Collabera experience for employee
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts.
- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and recommend proactive measures to address issues.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee discipline and performance improvement processes.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and execute employee engagement initiatives.
