Responsibilities
  • Carry out daily IT operations, including system startup (Start of Day) and shutdown (End of Day), while following and updating documented procedures
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, applications, emails, and office equipment (e.g., desktops, laptops, Wi-Fi, printers, and mobile devices) across different areas such as conference rooms, meeting rooms, and department offices
  • Monitor and manage data center operations, including checking company assets, equipment, server room temperature, power supplies, and air conditioning units
  • Report and escalate incidents to the COL IT Infrastructure and Operations Teams
  • Document and report system or application issues found during monitoring
  • Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports as required
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course
  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience preferred (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts if needed
  • Knowledge of computer network equipment (e.g., firewalls, routers, Cisco-managed switches, load balancers, hubs, and switches) is a plus
  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems and any programming language is an advantage
  • Knowledge of software licensing and inventory management, especially for Microsoft products
  • Customer-service oriented, adaptable, and able to handle other related tasks when required
