About the role
GEDl Construction Development Corporation is looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to join their team in Central Luzon. This contract role will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and control activities on at construction projects.As the QA/QC Manager, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and safety of our projects, which are fundamental to the success of our business.
What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance and control plans
- Conducting regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with quality standards
- identifying and addressing any quality issues or non-conformances, and implementing corrective actions
- Providing training and guidance to project teams on quality procedures and best practices
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related matters
- Maintaining detailed quality records and documentation.
- Reporting on quality metrics and KPl's to senior management
- 15+ years' experience as a QA/QC Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Should have experience as Auditor according to ISO standard
- Has an lSO Training and Certification 9001:2015 QMS Awareness and the Lead Auditor Training
- Thorough understanding of construction quality assurance and control principles, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations
- With professional license is an advantage
- Willing to relocate on different site location - Gapan Nueva Ecija
