As a Real Estate Manager/Agent, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our exceptional properties, guiding clients through the entire sales process, and building a successful career in real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Client Engagement: Actively promote and sell San Sebastian Estates to prospective buyers, showcasing their unique features and benefits.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various marketing strategies, networking events, and online platforms.
- Site Tours & Presentations: Conduct engaging property viewings and deliver compelling presentations, highlighting the value and potential of San Sebastian Estates properties.
- Sales Process Management: Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly Management and Sales Reports to the Executive Committee
Qualifications and Skills:
- Real Estate Salesperson License (Preferred): Possession of a valid Real Estate Salesperson license is highly advantageous. [ PRC registration/ HLURB Salesperson registration/ or other equivalent]
- Demonstrated Sales Success: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, ideally within the real estate industry.
- Exceptional Communication and Negotiation Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- In-Depth Knowledge of the Tarlac City Real Estate Market: Comprehensive understanding of local market trends, property values, and regulations.
- Self-Driven and Results-Oriented: Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Flexible Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
- International Network Advantage: Existing network or connections abroad is a significant asset; former Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) are strongly encouraged to apply.
