Career Counselor (Sales-Marketing)

Job Overview:

Achieve new student enrollees set by the management through efficient and effective implementation of sales and marketing activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Builds, grows and maintains a database of schools and prospective students.
2. Develops and maintains a network of strong relationships with College authorities.
3. Effectively communicates to the clients the course offerings, admissions, and enrollment procedures through effective presentation.
4. Actively seeks out new sales opportunities such as but not limited to cold calling, networking, and partnership.
5. Follow-through of the database gathered such as but not limited to telemarketing, and campus visits for enrollment conversion
6. Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share/ collaborate with respective departments for appropriate action.
7. Submits the required daily and monthly status report to the immediate superior.
8. Acts as the Officer-in-Charge of the College Department of the campus in the absence of the immediate superior.
9. Ensures that QMS and other accreditation standards are implemented, monitored and documented.
10. Performs any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
