Manila - Insurance Analyst

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Sr. Risk / Insurance Analyst

Manage and handle insurance claims

Receive and process all claim advices

Coordinate with the site/project and insurance provider for claim-related matters

Compile and organize all claim-related documents

Perform follow-ups to ensure timely progress

Monitor and track the status of claim settlements

Update the Claims Monitoring system regularly

Prepare and submit claims reports

Conduct site inspections when required

• Risk / Insurance Analyst

Provide close assistance to the Assistant Manager

Receive and address insurance-related concerns and requests

Create necessary forms (RBIF, PRF, Memo, RFP)

Update the Monthly Status Report on a regular basis

Maintain and update all monitoring systems, ensuring accurate tracking of team movements

Willing to undertake additional tasks assigned by the Team Head
