Maintenance Supervisor
About the role
New Flavor House, Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our state-of-the-art food manufacturing facility in Malabon City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our production equipment, enabling us to consistently deliver high-quality products to our customers.
What you'll be doing- Supervising a team of maintenance technicians and coordinating their work to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational
- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan
- Identifying and addressing equipment issues in a timely manner, troubleshooting problems and coordinating repairs
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Monitoring and reporting on maintenance activities, budgets, and key performance indicators
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise production and maintenance processes
- Providing training and mentorship to maintenance technicians to continuously improve their skills and capabilities
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and machinery
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to quickly identify and address equipment issues
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Familiarity with maintenance management software, work order systems, and data analysis tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in maintenance, engineering, or a related field
