JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises and equipment.
- To carry out planned and responsive repairs and installations as required in Preventive and Corrective Maintenance assigned to him.
- This includes the repair and troubleshooting of HVAC, Refrigeration System, Boilers, Gensets and other equipment alike.
- To maintain the facilities and common areas in the best possible condition.
- To be willing to up-skill and develop, to enable completion of all types of multi-skilled work
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
- Perform daily check-up of facilities, equipment & premises
- Assist in the setup of equipment, refrigeration and other systems
- Perform manual repairs when necessary
- Reports problems to immediate supervisor
- Observe and follow safety rules and regulation
- Ensures execution of quality and food safety standards in compliance with Maintenance Operations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager.
