Job Title: Sales Manager
Department: Residential Sales Department
Location: One Esplanade Building / Field

Reports to: Residential Sales Head

Job Summary

Sales Manager leads a sales team by providing guidance, training, and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing sales data, assigning sales territories, and building their team. Coordinates the Operations team on installation schedule per site, request of installation per site per need basis.

Qualifications/Requirements

Responsibilities
Manage and lead the sales team (coach, motivate, and ensure targets are met).
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and growth goals.
Monitor daily performance (visits, leads, sign-ups, conversion, and sales activities).
Ensure timely cash collection and remittance in line with company policy.
Oversee reporting and documentation (daily reports, submission deadlines, accuracy of records).
Conduct field visits and onsite support to drive performance.
Track KPIs and pipeline health; take corrective actions when performance drops.
Coordinate with Sales Ops and Accounting to resolve issues on orders, collections, and reporting.
Handle customer escalations and ensure proper follow-up until closure.
Ensure compliance with company processes and Company policies (attendance, conduct, professionalism).
Prepare and submit performance summaries and recommendations to management.

Contribute to training by onboarding new sales & marketing representatives and improving sales practices.

Requirements

Proven sales leadership experience in an ISP/Telco, FMCG Industry (managing a team or supervising sales activity) with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the same capacity.
Strong ability to drive targets and deliver consistent results.
Pleasing Personality with Excellent communication and people management skills (coaching, feedback, discipline).
Strong knowledge of sales processes (lead generation, selling cycle, closing, follow-through).
Good understanding of KPI tracking and reporting.
High integrity and compliance mindset (especially around cash handling and remittance).
Ability to work onsite/field-based and manage schedules effectively.
Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle objections and escalations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

MS Office / basic reporting tools capability (Excel/Google Sheets, reports, etc.).
