Is currently looking for:

PURCHASING SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a skilled Purchasing Supervisor to steer our procurement strategy- combining construction expertise with a commitment to excellence.

Role Purpose:

To lead all purchasing functions, with special focus on construction projects, course upkeep materials, and club operations supplies. You will ensure every purchase aligns with quality standards, budget guidelines, and project timelines, supporting our goal delivering an exceptional experience for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end procurement for construction initiatives and routine maintenance needs.
  • Source and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers of construction materials, golf course equipment, and operational goods.
  • Draft and manage requests for quotes, negotiate contracts, and secure optimal pricing and delivery terms.
  • Tract spending against budgets, identify cost efficiencies, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine procurement laws, club policies, and ethical standards.
  • Manage inventory for critical items to prevent delays in projects or daily operations.
  • Coordinate with contractors on material delivery, inspection, and quality control.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's degree program
  • Experience:
  • (a) 3years in purchasing/ procurement, with 2+ years in supervisory capacity
  • (b) Demonstrated experience in construction procurement

Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and components.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials (BOMs).
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles, contract law, and Philippine tax/trade regulations.
