Revenue Officer (Out-Patient Pharmacy Engagement)

Job Overview

This role supports the smooth daily operations of the Outpatient Pharmacy and Revenue functions. The position works closely with pharmacy and revenue leaders to help improve service coordination, physician engagement, reporting, and operational efficiency—while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with hospital standards.

• Support daily operations of the Outpatient Pharmacy and related revenue activities
• Help monitor medication-related processes and coordinate with relevant units
• Assist in ensuring compliance with accreditation, licensing, and hospital requirements
• Coordinate with physicians and internal teams to support service awareness and engagement
• Assist in tracking census, utilization, and revenue-related information
• Provide administrative and reporting support, including documentation and data preparation
• Follow up on requests, reports, and assigned action items
• Support managers in ensuring continuity of operations during planned or unplanned absences
• Participate in hospital programs, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement activities
• Perform other related tasks as needed to support departmental goals

• Education
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
• (Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of specific degree alignment, where applicable)
• Experience
• Experience in administrative support, operations, customer relations, sales support, or similar roles
• Exposure to healthcare, pharmacy, or service-oriented environments is an advantage but not required
