Job Overview:
Supports influencer and KOL campaigns by coordinating partnerships, managing content and logistics, and tracking performance to help achieve brand marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support KOL/influencer management including communication, coordination, and contract handling
- Assist in planning and executing influencer campaigns for product launches and brand initiatives
- Coordinate product seeding, PR kits, briefs, content approvals, and posting schedules
- Monitor influencer performance and compile engagement, reach, and conversion reports
- Maintain influencer database, contracts, and campaign documentation
- Assist in flagging and documenting influencer-related issues or crisis concerns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Advertising, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, social media, or brand marketing (internship acceptable)
- Experience in beauty or FMCG industry is an advantage
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and influencer marketing dynamics
- Proficient in reporting tools, spreadsheets, and analytics tracking
- Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
