We are looking for a BPO Dispatch Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have experience in dispatch operations within a BPO setting, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills to facilitate effective service delivery.

• Provide efficient dispatch support for customer inquiries and service requests.
• Monitor and manage dispatch schedules to ensure timely service delivery.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
• Utilize dispatch software to track service calls and update records accordingly.
• Assist in training new dispatch team members on processes and systems.

• 1-5 years of experience in a BPO or customer service environment.
• Strong understanding of dispatch processes and logistics.
• Proficient in using dispatch and scheduling software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
