Sales Manager (Construction & Semiconductor Industry)

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the construction and semiconductor industries. The ideal candidate will lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities in both sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and semiconductor industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, developers, and industry stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, engineering, and finance) to ensure client satisfaction and project success
- Represent the company in industry events, meetings, and client presentations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA is an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Sales Manager role, preferably in construction and/or semiconductor industries
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical abilities
- Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license
- Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused
