About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at SYC Philippine Corporation in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance duties to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities.This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
What you'll be doing- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and infrastructure
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, and general handyman work
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and service requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of spare parts
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and well-maintained work environment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong working knowledge of building maintenance and repair procedures
- Proficiency in using various hand and power tools, as well as basic electrical and plumbing skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
- Good communication and teamwork skills
