Job Requirements:
- Preferably residing in Lapu-Lapu or Cordova
- Must have relevant work experience with the following, but not limited to:
- Virtual Assistant experience
- Call Center (BPO) experience
- Strong command of the English language
- Able to manage time effectively and efficiently
- High computer proficiency & overall technical knowledge
- High level of attention to detail
- Deliver exceptional client support through prompt and attentive communication
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive work ethic.
Possible tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Respond to emails and manage phone calls
- Data Entry and Database Management
- Scheduling and Calendar Management
- Research and Information Gathering
- Social Media Handling
- Invoice Processing
- Handle additional tasks depending on clients’ needs
