About the role
We are seeking a talented MEPF Assistant to join our team at Prince Retail Group of Companies' in Central Visayas. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in supporting the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) division.
As an MEPF Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and technical assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our MEPF projects.
What you'll be doing- Assist in the preparation of MEPF project documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and maintain project information
- Provide support in the review and approval process for MEPF-related deliverables
- Contribute to the planning and scheduling of MEPF project activities
- Assist in the monitoring and tracking of MEPF project progress and budgets
- Provide general administrative support to the MEPF team as needed
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or MEPF-related engineering disciplines
- Strong technical understanding of MEPF systems and project management principles
- Proficient in reading and interpreting MEPF drawings, specifications, and related documents
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with technical information
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments
