What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a hands-on HR Manager to lead our HR Department and ensure our workplace runs smoothly. You’ll be responsible for everything HR-related, from hiring and onboarding to compliance and employee relations.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Find the right people, guide them through the hiring process, and set them up for success from day one.
  • Maintaining and Improvement of Pool of Consultants: Continuously engage with industry experts to strengthen and expand our pool of consultants, ensuring we have access to top talent for our projects.
  • Project Management: Work closely with project leads to anticipate manpower needs and ensure the right consultants are assigned to the right projects.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Be the go-to person for employee concerns, help foster a positive work environment, and keep our team engaged.
  • Performance Management: Support managers in providing feedback, track employee progress, and ensure growth opportunities are available.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Work with Accounting to ensure everyone gets paid correctly and on time, while keeping benefits running smoothly.
  • Training & Development: Identify areas for growth and help employees develop their skills through training opportunities.
  • HR Operations: Keep records organized, manage consultant contracts, and handle the administrative side of HR efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of Overall HR experience, with at least 1 year of supervisory or managerial position preferably in a small business or consultancy.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and best HR practices.
  • Excellent people skills—you know how to communicate, listen, and resolve issues.
