Treasury Specialist
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing project cash flow to maintain an optimal balance of cash inflows and outflows. Oversees treasury activities including fund monitoring, disbursements, and check preparation. Ensures efficient use of excess funds through short‑term or long‑term investments.Also performs cost control duties and conducts financial analyses, particularly related to cash flow performance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, maintain and update on a regular basis the Company’s cash flow position and projections to ensure right amount of cash is available to defray for capex and operational expenses. Likewise, excess cash if any are invested timely, efficiently and prudently.
- Handle the day-to-day treasury functions: Check payment processing and execution of other forms of payment arrangement. Ensuring that payment requests conform to CCLEC’s Disbursement Policy before processing the payments. Timely payments processing as per Disbursement policy. Collection of receivables such as the billings for non-toll revenues. Safekeeping, inventory, and proper issuance of the CCLEC’s official receipts, acknowledgment receipts and provisional receipts.
- Preparation of Treasury Reports.
- Cost control and monthly financial statements analyses.
- Provide operational support for the toll collection process, such as sourcing and managing coins to ensure sufficient change availability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education: Graduate of Accountancy or other business-related coursesB. Experience: At least three (3) year work experience in the related field
